Friday for the Arts!
The second Friday of each month, downtown Petersburg hosts an evening celebrating the arts. Many shops, restaurants, and galleries — including PAAL — have art openings coinciding with this event. There is also live music and many venues have extended hours.
Exhibits
PAAL typically exhibits 12 shows a year in the downstairs gallery, and often also displays additional shows in the upstairs gallery. The galleries together showcase the work of established artists, budding artists, and area youth.

Events
In addition to featuring artists’ work in PAAL’s galleries, PAAL hosts several exciting events a year, most notably a spring fashion show, a fall crafts show, and an annual gala.
