Ground Breaking
PAAL will host a ground breaking ceremony for a new ART PARK on Sunday, May 23rd at 4 PM at 3 E. Old Street in Old Town Petersburg. “This new cultural project is very exciting and important for the revitalization of historic Petersburg,” said PAAL President, Ellen Ende. “It will create a wonderful outdoor exposition space and park for reflection and recreation.
