Do you feel stuck? Want to shift your life to new direction? Do you feel the nagging sensation that there is something more in life but just not sure how to find it?
Experience this engaging and powerful process. Create a personal vision board that enables you to identify and define dreams and goals. Guided imagery is used to help you focus on what you really want (even if you don’t know what that is!)
Your vision board can be about anything: Where you want to travel, your career path, the type of home or car you want, do you want children, a family… It can bring THE answers to your questions and we’ll have FUN doing it!
*A list of supplies will be provided at the time of registration.
